If you do choose our after-sales support services, we offer Outsourcing-based and Operator-based models, and we are experts in both.
• The Outsource-based model allows your customers to drop off their
equipment for repair and continue with their day. The equipment is
then taken to the support center, with a central lab available if a
problem.
The Dai Telecom main lab is the final stop if the central lab needs
help. This model offers three levels of lab support.
• The Operator-based model gives your customers the opportunity to
receive their equipment fixed on the spot, with a minimum of time
spent without their phones. These service points have mini-labs and
can fix problems in less than an hour in most cases. If needed, a
central lab backs up the first service point and the Dai Telecom Main
lab backs up the central lab. Again, you get three levels of lab support.
